Inclusion And Diversity Policy

SurvivX is committed to diversity and inclusion. We believe that diversity is key to great innovation, flexibility, and fulfillment of our ambitions.

We therefore encourage and safeguard an open culture in which everybody with their diverse characteristics, competencies, and lived experiences feels respected and valued. These include (but are not limited to) age, ethnicity, competencies, work styles, HIV status, illness or disability, sexual orientation, gender identity and expression, migration background or nationality, socio-economic status, educational background, religion, emotional expression, and language.

We promote a company culture where differences are possible and welcomed.

To achieve more diversity and inclusion in our daily work, we follow three approaches:

  1. our company: We focus on our company composition, manners and working atmosphere. As leading principle for growth of our company (hopefully in the near future) we will focus on fair recruitment, and fair employment- and working conditions.
  2. our partners: we prefer working with stakeholders and providers that are just as passionate about inclusion and diversity as we are
  3. our expressions: the way in which we give shape to what we stand for in our communications, publications, and materials
